April 4: Walk Around Things Day

I’ve been doing some googling here, and I still can’t determine the answer. Is Walk Around Things Day for

  1. Superstitious and/or safety conscious types who want us all to avoid walking under ladders?
  2. Exercise fanatics who simply want everyone to take more steps by walking around buildings, parking lots, and everything else?
  3. Those of us who are willing to do practically anything to avoid conflict?
  4. All those who have watched “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade” and know beyond a doubt that we shouldn’t cross the seal?

Personally, I suspect it’s a combination of #1 and #3, but . . . who knows? If you do, leave me a comment! Even if you don’t know, leave a comment to tell me how you are celebrating Walk Around Things Day.

Today’s verse is for those who want to avoid conflict at any cost:

“Wounds from a friend can be trusted,
but an enemy multiplies kisses.”

Proverbs 27:6
