I’ve been doing some googling here, and I still can’t determine the answer. Is Walk Around Things Day for
- Superstitious and/or safety conscious types who want us all to avoid walking under ladders?
- Exercise fanatics who simply want everyone to take more steps by walking around buildings, parking lots, and everything else?
- Those of us who are willing to do practically anything to avoid conflict?
- All those who have watched “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade” and know beyond a doubt that we shouldn’t cross the seal?
Personally, I suspect it’s a combination of #1 and #3, but . . . who knows? If you do, leave me a comment! Even if you don’t know, leave a comment to tell me how you are celebrating Walk Around Things Day.
Today’s verse is for those who want to avoid conflict at any cost:
“Wounds from a friend can be trusted,
but an enemy multiplies kisses.”Proverbs 27:6
