January 20 is National Cheese Lovers Day! I don’t know about you, but I love cheese. It seems that everything is made better with cheese – bread, meat, potatoes, salads, life . . .
Cheese lovers everywhere can celebrate this wonderful holiday with any kind of cheesy food or by sampling different cheeses plain. For the adventurous, there are numerous tutorials online with instruction for making cheese at home (like this one). I must admit, there are some cheeses that are just gross, but the good cheeses more than make up for them.
