Sorry this is so late today! I was out with a bug yesterday. I hope you’re still at work, because you’ve got to catch your boss before he/she goes home today and say “Happy Boss’s Day!”
National Boss Day, (or, sometimes, Boss’s Day) is celebrated every year on October 16, or the nearest weekday if it falls on a Saturday or Sunday. Despite the plethora of boss jokes out there (and Dilbert cartoons!), Boss’s Day is the time to recognize all your boss’s good points, and let them know it with a kind card, pretty flowers, or a lunch treat. After all, he hired you, right?!
